OPEN STREET SUNDAY
Join us for our annual Downtown Dartmouth Open Street Sunday Street Party on Sunday, June 22, 2025! Portland Street from Alderney Drive to Prince Albert Road will be CAR FREE and open for folks to enjoy. The streets will be activated with live entertainment, music and lots more excitement! Open Street Sundays encourage people to enjoy their city in a new way by walking, biking and moving around safely and comfortably on the street.

Portland Street will be closed to traffic from 11am to 5pm with the fun happening from noon-4pm!
Portland Street will be closed from Alderney Drive to Victoria Road, as indicated below.

Nova Scotia Loyal Vendors Market
The Nova Scotia Loyal Vendors Market will be set up between Dundas and Victoria St during Open Street.

DJ Douvet will be performing on the Dartmouth Festival Series Stage starting at 12:00 PM until 1:00PM.

The Mellotones
The Mellotones will be performing on the Dartmouth Festival Stage starting at 2:30 PM until 4:30 PM.

Bounce Zone
Are you ready for some fun? Check out the bounce zone by Big Entertainment at the park, open from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.

Street Games and Inflatable Games
Street Games & Inflatable Games will be back at Open Street this year between King Street & Wentworth Street. Drop by for some fun!

Milo T Clown & The Milocycle
Milo T Clown will be bringing laughter and smiles up and down Portland Street for Open Street Sunday from 12:00-4:00PM!
